Sell the trip and show the package value

Sizzledraft turns a travel agent's booking page into a short video ad built around destination imagery and package value. It captures visible services, prices, availability and reviews, then uses the site's own brand tokens to author and render the video.

Opening lines that work here

  • Seven nights in Tenerife from £699 per person

It pairs a recognisable destination with a concrete package price before the viewer scrolls.

  • Flights, hotel and transfers in one Mallorca package

It makes the package value clear by naming the travel components included in the booking.

  • Still looking for an August family break?

It addresses a specific travel window and booking need that parents are likely to recognise.

How do I turn my travel booking page into a video ad?

Submit the URL of the page for the package you want to promote. Sizzledraft drives a browser through that page, captures real screenshots and reads visible details such as the destination, departure dates, hotel, board basis, included transfers, price and reviews. It then builds scenes using colours and type styles taken from the travel site, so the ad relates visually to the booking page. The first video is cut from the site alone. For later versions, you can add a prompt to prioritise details such as family facilities, a beachfront location or an adults-only stay. Videos can be rendered vertically at 1080x1920 or horizontally at 1920x1080, at 30fps in H.264.

What should a travel package video ad show first?

Lead with the destination and the clearest statement of package value. A useful opening might combine a beach or hotel image with the number of nights, departure airport and per-person price. Follow with the details that help a traveller judge the offer, such as flights, baggage, transfers, board basis, room type and available dates. Reviews can provide reassurance after the core offer is understood, especially when they mention location, cleanliness or service. Avoid opening with a travel agency logo while withholding the actual trip. Someone comparing holidays needs to know where they are going, what is included and roughly what it costs before they decide whether to keep watching or visit the booking page.

Can the video use live prices and availability from my booking page?

Sizzledraft can use prices and availability that are visibly rendered on the page during capture. That works best when the package page prints details such as “from £799,” departure dates or remaining rooms directly in its own HTML. Many travel booking engines place search results inside a third-party iframe. In that case, our browser may capture how the widget looks but cannot reliably read the individual dates, room options or changing prices inside it. For time-sensitive offers, check the finished video against the booking page before publishing and avoid implying that a price is fixed if it is marked “from.” If availability changes frequently, make the destination and inclusions central, then keep the price wording appropriately qualified.

What the browser actually gets

Our browser can capture destination images, package descriptions, visible prices, availability text, service lists and traveller reviews from the booking page. If the booking engine is embedded as a third-party iframe, we may see the widget on screen but cannot reliably read its dates, room choices or live price data.

The common mistake

A common mistake is filling the ad with generic beach footage while hiding the actual package terms. Fix it by showing the destination immediately, then naming the nights, departure point, board basis, key inclusions and qualified price.

  • Destination clips can look appealing without explaining what the package price includes.
  • Live prices and availability change, so an ad can become inaccurate after it is exported.
  • Booking details often sit inside third-party widgets that cannot be read from the main page.

Questions

Which details can you capture from a travel booking page?
We can capture visible destination imagery, package names, service lists, prices, availability text and traveller reviews. We can also use the page's colours and typography when authoring the scenes. Details hidden behind a search interaction, login or third-party booking iframe may not be readable even when the widget itself appears on screen.
What happens if my booking engine uses an iframe?
The browser may show the embedded booking widget in a screenshot, but it often cannot read structured details inside a third-party iframe. Dates, room choices and live prices may therefore be unavailable for the script. A package landing page with key inclusions and a qualified price written outside the widget gives the video better source material.
What video formats do travel agents receive?
You can receive vertical video at 1080x1920 for mobile placements or horizontal video at 1920x1080 for wider placements. Videos render at 30fps in H.264, and audio is normalised to -14 LUFS. Choose the format based on where travellers will encounter the package ad.
Can I use a trending sound with the package video?
A trending sound is handed over as a link so you can attach it natively when publishing. It is not baked into the exported file because baked-in audio does not count as using that sound on the platform. This keeps the final attachment step in your publishing workflow.
