- Can the Reel use our real before-and-after cleaning photos?
- Yes, when the photos are visible and accessible on the website. The browser captures the actual page, so clearly labelled pairs work best. Comparison sliders, pop-up galleries and images hidden until a visitor logs in may be harder to capture. Separate before and after images with matching room names are the safest source.
- Can it make a Reel about our vetted cleaning staff?
- Yes, if the site contains staff photos and factual details about the vetting process. The copy should name only checks the page supports, such as background checks, training or insurance. A team portrait alone cannot establish vetting, so publish the relevant policy near the staff or service content before creating the video.
- What format will the Instagram Reel use?
- The Reel is rendered at 1080x1920 in a vertical layout, at 30fps, using H.264. Audio is normalised to -14 LUFS. Wide photos may need a close crop, so before-and-after images should keep the stained area, cleaned surface or staff member near the centre of the original frame.
- Can I use a trending Instagram sound with the cleaning ad?
- A trending sound is handed over as a link so you can attach it natively when posting the Reel. It is not baked into the video file because baked-in audio does not count as using that sound on the platform. This also lets the before-and-after cuts align with the version available in Instagram.
