Terms of Service

These are the terms for using sizzledraft (sizzledraft.com). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to the following.

1. Acceptance of these terms

By accessing or using sizzledraft, you confirm you can form a binding contract (you're at least 18, or the age of majority where you live) and that you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

2. What the service is

You paste a URL. sizzledraft films your real pages, cuts them to a trending hook, scores the result, and hands back a vertical ad for TikTok or a horizontal one for YouTube. The video is generated from screenshots and footage of the public pages at the URL you submit; it is not a stock or licensed clip.

3. Accounts

You're responsible for keeping access to your account secure and for all activity that happens under it. Sign-in is passwordless (magic link to your email), keep your email account secure, since it's the key to your sizzledraft account. Tell us right away at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Billing

All payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are shown in USD unless stated otherwise. If a charge fails or is disputed, we may suspend access until it's resolved. If you believe you were charged in error, email [email protected] and we'll make it right.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for anything illegal, fraudulent, or harmful to others.
• Submit a URL for a site you don't own or don't have the right to generate marketing footage from.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape at scale, or interfere with the service's normal operation.
• Resell or sublicense the service without our written permission.
• Use the service to generate content designed to deceive, defraud, or impersonate a real person or organization without disclosure.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section, with or without notice, at our discretion.

6. Your content and the video we generate

You retain ownership of the site and pages behind the URL you submit, and you own the video sizzledraft generates for you. By submitting a URL, you confirm you have the right to have it filmed and turned into an ad, and you grant us a limited license to capture, process, and store that footage solely to produce and deliver your video. We don't use your submitted URLs or generated videos to train models or for any purpose beyond delivering your result.

7. Intellectual property

sizzledraft, its logo, and its software are our property (or licensed to us) and protected by intellectual-property law. These Terms don't grant you any right to our trademarks, branding, or underlying code beyond using the service as intended.

8. Third-party services

sizzledraft relies on third-party providers (payment processing, hosting, video rendering, email delivery) to function. We're not responsible for outages or issues caused by those providers, though we'll work to minimize their impact on you.

9. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don't guarantee the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that its output will meet your specific requirements or performance expectations.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, sizzledraft and its operators won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold sizzledraft harmless from any claim, loss, or damage (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the service, your violation of these Terms, or your submission of a URL you didn't have the right to submit.

12. Termination

You can stop using sizzledraft and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, or discontinue the service entirely with reasonable notice where practical. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (billing already owed, liability limits, indemnification) continue to apply.

13. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which sizzledraft's operator is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute that can't be resolved informally should first be raised with us at [email protected], we'd rather fix a problem than litigate it.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms as sizzledraft evolves. The version at sizzledraft.com/terms always governs, and we'll update the "Last updated" date above when we make a change. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
