Show clients what their event could look like

Sizzledraft turns an event venue booking page into a short video ad focused on the space, its capacity and the details clients need before they enquire. It captures real page content, builds scenes from the venue's own visual style and renders a ready-to-post video.

Opening lines that work here

  • Planning for 120 guests? Walk through the space.

It pairs a concrete capacity with the visual proof event planners need before they shortlist a venue.

  • See what your venue hire includes before you enquire.

It introduces the room, services and hire details while addressing a common source of uncertainty for organisers.

  • From ceremony to drinks, see how the space flows.

It frames the venue around the stages of an event instead of presenting disconnected room photos.

How can I turn my venue booking page into a video ad?

Provide the URL of the page you use to sell the venue. Sizzledraft drives a browser through that page, captures real screenshots and identifies useful details such as room layouts, standing and seated capacity, catering options, hire prices and review excerpts. It then authors a scene using colours and type styles taken from the site, renders every frame and adds synthesised audio. The first video is cut from the booking page alone, so the page should clearly show the spaces and facts you want featured. Later videos can take a prompt, letting you focus on a wedding reception, a 100-person conference, a private dining room or another event format supported by the venue.

What should an event venue video show first?

Start with the space and the number of people it holds. An event planner needs to know quickly whether the room suits a seated dinner, standing reception, wedding ceremony or company presentation. Follow that opening with a simple walkthrough using the strongest page images in a logical order, such as entrance, main hall, bar, terrace and breakout room. Add the practical details that affect a shortlist: seated and standing capacities, included furniture, catering, accessibility, parking and the displayed hire price. Reviews can support the final section when they describe service, layout or event delivery. Avoid opening with a logo animation because it delays the two facts planners came to check: what the venue looks like and whether everyone fits.

Can the video include venue prices and available dates?

The video can use prices and availability that appear as readable content on the booking page. That might include a weekday hire rate, a minimum spend, package inclusions, seasonal dates or a written note that selected weekends remain open. Booking calendars often come from third-party services embedded in an iframe. Our browser may display the widget without being able to read its contents, so exact dates inside it are not dependable source material. For the first video, place important availability information in normal page text if you want it considered. For later versions, use a prompt to direct the video toward a particular package or date range, then check the finished wording against the live booking calendar before publishing.

What the browser actually gets

Our browser can capture visible room images, capacity details, service lists, displayed prices, availability text and reviews from the booking page. Availability calendars or enquiry tools embedded as third-party iframes may be unreadable, so those details might need to be stated elsewhere on the page or supplied in a prompt for a later video.

The common mistake

A common mistake is showing a montage of empty-room photos without stating which event setups fit or how many guests the room holds. Fix it by pairing a logical walkthrough with seated and standing capacities, then add relevant services, hire details and a clear booking action.

  • A static gallery makes it hard to communicate how guests move through the entrance, main room, bar, terrace and breakout areas.
  • Capacity figures, hire prices and included services sit across several page sections, so they are difficult to explain in one short venue video.
  • Availability often lives inside a separate booking widget, making it hard to show open dates accurately without recording and editing the booking flow by hand.

Questions

Will the video use real images of my event venue?
Yes. Sizzledraft captures screenshots from the booking page, including visible photographs of the rooms, entrance, terrace, bar or other listed spaces. It does not need to replace those images with generic venue footage. The usefulness of the walkthrough depends on the order, size and clarity of the images published on the page.
Can it show seated and standing capacity separately?
Yes, when the booking page states both figures in readable text. The video can distinguish a seated dinner capacity from a standing reception capacity and connect each number to the relevant room. If capacities only appear inside an image, PDF or embedded booking widget, add them as page text for more reliable capture.
What video formats do I receive for venue advertising?
Videos can be rendered vertically at 1080x1920 or horizontally at 1920x1080. They run at 30fps, use H.264 video and have audio normalised to -14 LUFS. Choose vertical for short-form feeds and horizontal for placements where planners are more likely to browse on a wider screen.
Can I use a trending sound with the venue video?
A trending sound is handed over as a link so you can attach it natively when posting. It is not baked into the exported file because baked-in audio does not count as using that sound on the platform. This also lets you confirm that the sound still suits the venue and event type.
