- Can it make an ad if my shop page only has finished product photos?
- Yes, but the video can only show making evidence that appears on the page. Finished photos, material descriptions and close details can still support a clear product story. For a stronger process-led ad, add studio images, work-in-progress photographs or a short explanation of how the piece is cut, formed, painted, stitched or assembled.
- Will it capture colour and personalisation choices from my listing?
- It can capture options that the browser can visibly reach on the page, including colour swatches, engraving text fields and variant labels. Options hidden behind complex menus or loaded only after several selections may be harder to capture. Keep important choices visible in listing images or product copy when they are central to the order.
- Can I ask for a video about my making process?
- The first video is created from the site alone, so process photographs and craft-specific copy should already appear on the page. Later videos accept a prompt. You can then request a focus such as wheel throwing, hand stitching, wax carving, block printing or packing a personalised order, provided the source page contains useful material for it.
- Does the exported craft video include a trending sound?
- Trending sounds are provided as a link for you to attach natively when you publish the ad. They are not baked into the H.264 file because a platform does not treat baked-in audio as use of that sound. Other scored audio is rendered with the video and normalised to -14 LUFS.
